Kyle Connery, of Vero Beach, started testing in March 2011 to begin his professional career as a Pro F2000 racecar driver. The college sophomore, studying to become an Aeronautical Engineer, entered go-kart racing at local dirt tracks at age 13 with many wins. By age 15, he moved to road racing karts and became the 2008 ICC State Shifter kart Champion and securing Rookie of the Year honors.

His family's team, CC AUTOSPORT, purchased his first car, a Van Diemen, in October 2010. Before year's end, Kyle had won four of five Regional races. In 2011, Kyle moved to National series and in three events had raced to 2nd twice and won his first National race at Sebring. Kyle spent 2012 competing for an F2000 Pro Championship, racing a Firman RFR.

In 2012, Kyle worked with the Audi Sport Customer Racing team Limitless Racing in the Audi R8 LMS Grand-Am. Kyle joined forces with New Jersey based Dr. Jason Lee, and the pair achieved great successes in shaving seconds off of their lap times. The Limitless Racing team provided Kyle with valuable seat time in higher level sports cars in the GT2 category.

The 2013 season proved to be a successful one for Kyle.  He returned to the F2000 Championship Series in his #91 CC AUTOSPORT Van Diemen, and returned to podium five times out of nine races. Kyle also made his Pro Mazda debut in August, driving with M1 Racing in the Pro Mazda Championship Series presented by Cooper Tires.  Kyle returned to the Pro Mazda Series in the #9 JDC Motorsports car at Barber Motorsports Park in December 2013.  Kyle is developing business to business relationships that will allow him to commit to a full racing season with JDC Motorsports.
